Authenticity and Condition

All items listed under "Collectibles" and "Antiques" are sold as is. We strive for accuracy in our descriptions, including known provenance, estimated age, and condition reports.


  • Authentication: For high-value items, third-party authentication is noted where applicable. If an item's authenticity is unverified, it will be clearly stated. 

  • Condition Grading: Condition is assessed to the best of our ability and is subjective. Please review all provided photos and descriptions thoroughly before purchase. Minor imperfections inherent to vintage or antique items are not grounds for a return.

Resale and Valuation

The valuation of collectibles and antiques is based on current market trends, rarity, and condition. We are not responsible for any future fluctuation in value or market resale price after purchase.

Trading Cards (Singles and Sealed Product)

Singles

All single trading cards are sold based on the condition listed in the product title/description (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played).


  • Grading Discrepancy: While we use professional grading standards, card grading is subjective. Returns based solely on a minor difference in perceived condition may be subject to the standard "Item is opened/used" return policy (15% restocking fee).

Sealed Product

All sales of factory-sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, decks) are final once the product is shipped. Sealed Collectible Trading Card Game products are not altered outside their normal distribution.



  • Returns: Returns are only accepted if the sealed product is unopened and undamaged. Once the factory seal is broken or tampered with, the item is ineligible for return or refund. 


Product Pricing

The price listed on the product page is the final retail price. It includes all applicable taxes, which are itemized at checkout. We do not use dynamic pricing algorithms that change the price based on your browsing history or location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost is displayed before you finalize your purchase. We provide the following options:


  • Standard Shipping: United States Postal Service USPS is our primary carrier.

  • Express Shipping & Signature Confirmation: Details available during checkout.

General Policy


Due to the unique nature of the collectible and antique market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges, except in the specific case of an item being significantly damaged during transit or if there is a major, verifiable error in the product description (e.g., wrong item shipped).


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging to process a claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement (if available).


Cancellations


Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.


Restocking Fee


In the rare event that a return is authorized outside of the damaged/incorrect item exception, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
