General Policy
Due to the unique nature of the collectible and antique market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges, except in the specific case of an item being significantly damaged during transit or if there is a major, verifiable error in the product description (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging to process a claim and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement (if available).
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
Restocking Fee
In the rare event that a return is authorized outside of the damaged/incorrect item exception, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
